My name is Jovie Belarmino-Sison, 28-year-old virtual assistant, with 5 years of experience in providing technical and customer support for companies based in US, Australia, UK and Middle East. I handled various functions of Customer Service, from dealing with dissatisfied customers to answering phone calls.

      I learned to hone my decision-making, multi-tasking and time-management skills, value patience, ability to listen and communicate, and above all, being a team player.

 

      I have also won several awards for my exceptional performance in solving customer problems and forming new customer relations that resulted 20% increase in over-all customer's satisfaction in our site.
 

      I got married this year, 2019. Me and my husband decided that I should work from home instead of working in the office. The reason behind is our passion to serve God, make our lives simple and maximize our time for ministry work.

 

      Now, as a freelancer, I'm flexible, willing to learn, can easily adapt to different systems and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to you and your customers.
