   I’ve been the go-to person when systems break, when customers get frustrated, when processes feel messy. VOIP issues? SaaS glitches? Claims and disputes piling up? I’ve handled them and I am trained to remain calm, adjust quickly and deliver results.

   I handled various functions of technical support and customer service, from dealing with dissatisfied customers to answering phone calls. I learned to hone my decision-making, multi-tasking and time-management skills, value patience, ability to listen and communicate, and above all, being a team player.

   My work is more about people, not just about solving issues. It includes listening, clarifying and making things simple - this is where I stand out. Along the way, I’ve received awards for communication, loyalty, and teamwork. I have also won several awards for my exceptional performance in solving customer problems and forming new customer relations that resulted 20% increase in over-all customer's satisfaction in our site.

    Recently, working in healthcare industry caught my attention and interest. I decided to get HIPAA certificate and attended applicable trainings for being Medical Virtual Assistant. I am proficient with a wide range of program/tools, including Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and Microsoft Office.

 

   With my diverse experience across multiple industries, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and analytical abilities to the role of a healthcare virtual assistant.

    But really, what's most important? It is delivering human touch, efficiency, and clarity. Always.

 

   I'm flexible, willing to learn, can easily adapt to different systems and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to you and your customers.
